Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage our social media accounts, and drive our brand’s growth and visibility. This role is crucial in positioning CodeAura as a leader in AI-driven software development solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Manage and create content for all social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to create compelling content that highlights the unique features and benefits of CodeAura’s products.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Represent CodeAura at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our brand and products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of AI and software development processes is a plus.
