Having spent years in the tech industry, I witnessed firsthand the challenges and misunderstandings that arise when technical and non-technical teams try to collaborate. This inspired me to create a solution that not only facilitates, but also enriches the dialogue between these two critical areas of any business.

Jonah Midanik

Jonah has spent the last twenty years building companies in the Canada and US as a serial entrepreneur. He has been lucky enough to have seen the startup journey from a variety of perspectives: as a successful bootstrapped founder/CEO, having helped launch new corporate divisions at BigCo, and as the founder/CEO of Limelight, a Venture backed company. Jonah currently spends his time helping companies grow with Forum Ventures as the COO and General Partner. In supporting over 60 founders per year, he has carved out a niche in the market of teaching founders how to build and deliver pitch decks proven to raise capital, even being featured on this topic at Collision 2022.

Daniel Raisch is a senior technology executive with more than 35 years of experience guiding enterprises through Mainframe and Cloud modernization.

Known for his strategic vision and executive leadership, he has driven transformation initiatives at IBM, AWS, and global software companies across LATAM, EMEA, and the US. Daniel works closely with C-level teams to translate business goals into technology strategies that increase agility, reduce operational costs, and accelerate digital innovation.

Throughout his career, he has led technical organizations, shaped market expansion initiatives, and delivered modernization programs for some of the world’s most demanding enterprise environments. Today, Daniel leads global pre-sales strategy and business development, helping organizations adopt modern architectures that strengthen performance, resilience, and long-term business value.
